>> After inquiry, we will provide our customers with professional and detailed service support until product was manufactured and ship to you, there will be a complete mold or product information enclosed with the shipment.
>> About mold include: mold maintenance manual, mold material certificate, mold qualified inspection report, test report and 2-4 hours video about testing, etc.
>> About products include: material certificate, production testing reports, COC reports, etc.

>> If failure occurs in customer’s factory, we have professional engineers to help you solve it; we will even send engineers to help customers solve the problem on-site if it is necessary.

>> delivery, we will inspect our products according to ISO standards and provide product COC report, if any bad products was found during your use, we will send you the new one immediately, and of course, free of charge and including the freight.
